OTR Fun House! On Ziegler Park w/deck &parking x2!

2 units. All 3 floors and deck for guest exclusive use. 2 kitchens. 3 bathrooms. And beds for everyone to sprawl out out and rest comfortably after a late night enjoying all the nightlife and breweries OTR is known for. Or hop on the streetcar and be anywhere along the route—stadiums, restaurants, parks, iconic structures, or concert or theater venues. Location is everything! But comfort is also important! Enjoy quality plush mattresses and luxe linens in the thoughtfully designed spaces. The space It’s all yours for the day or longer. Beds in the units are provided as a courtesy. During Covid-we must understand if you will require sleeping surfaces more than the 3 queen beds that are in the 3 bedrooms. Bedding will not be stored in the unit unless needed. Additional beds will be brought in the unit prior to your arrival id requested. (Please see the description for what is available). All GUESTS (people sleeping) or Visitors (stopping by) to the unit must be registered. Please provide names before Checkin. No one is allowed in the home or on the deck without prior permission of the OWNER. No PARTIES or GATHERINGS (or whatever “word” you choose to use) are allowed without the OWNERS PERMISSION. Please review HOUSE RULES and CITY Ordinance prior to booking. If you have any questions or concerns-send an inquiry through Airbnb. Reservations will be cancelled immediately and without refund for any violations of House Rules or City Ordinances. Unregistered Guests/Visitors will be considered TRESPASSING on private property without permission. The DEPOSIT will be kept for additional guest charges, damages, and cleaning fees related to unauthorized use of the property. Guest access Everything is yours to enjoy. However, there are some limitations to protect the home and Guests. No parties, no events, no gatherings of any kind, no one stopping by for “just a few minutes” (including their pets), and no UNREGISTERED Guests or UNAUTHORIZED Visitors in or on premises-without permission by Host. Booking Guest will be FULLY responsible for providing their REGISTERED Guests and AUTHORIZED Visitors with a copy of the House Rules and City Ordinance. Reservations are cancelled immediately (verbally, text, or via booking platform) regardless of the time, and WITHOUT refund for violations. Police will be called after cancellation and anyone who has not left will be considered trespassing. If any of this would be an issue for you or your Guests to give notice of Visitors or ask permission for gatherings -this home may not be the right location for you. Buildings that were abandoned and vacant for decades have been sold and undergoing renovation. Construction is everywhere. The Streetcar has driven development along its route. Expect noise from construction or other urban sounds. The building has 2 apartments. You might hear the other Guests. They might hear you. :) Again, please be aware this is an urban apartment. It is a safe area with a Walk Score of 98 but you might asked for change, which is common with most cities. This is the City. Expect all the nuisances of a City-noise, panhandling, construction, traffic, sketchy people, trash, drunken Sorority Girls, loud car speakers, etc. You will encounter people or every race and culture and income level-If this makes you uncomfortable at all, I would not recommend Over-the-Rhine or downtown in general and would recommend a suburb of Cincinnati. If you are looking for a quiet restful experience-stay in the suburbs. This is a vibrant area during the day and night. The Park is across the street with joyful kiddy shrieking noise and basketball games at the court next door. Street parking is either metered or requires a parking permit. There are free area a little further away if you need to park more than 3 cars. If you want to find a place to have fun with family and friends– this is it. This is the area.
