Cozy private room close to BART

Cozy room 10 minutes walk to BART and 25 minutes to San Francisco downtown. Street parking available. There's a friendly dog that lives in the house. During your stay It varies by date. I live in the house, but often I’m traveling our outside. Always reachable via phone. Other things to note The place will always be cleaned before your arrival, but there is no regular cleaning service throughout the stay. You're welcome to use the vacuum or any cleaning supplies for your room. Please, maintain the cleanliness of the shared bathroom and other shared areas after your usage and reach out if it was not.
