The space This RV is a 2010 38-foot fifth-wheel with GREAT space. It is air-conditioned and has a gas furnace. The kitchen is fully-furnished with a gas cook-top, microwave and convection oven. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a new, comfortable topper. Central area has a love seat, a dining table for four, a ROKU TV, local channel antenna and a whole-house radio speaker system. Utilities/ WiFi included. Extra tables/chairs for outside. Very unique, a separate bedroom/office with privacy door includes a sofa convertible to a single bed (bed dimensions: 68x42 inches) AND stairs to storage loft / storage space. The RV is located in our yard in a very quiet sub-division neighborhood – on a cul du sac and next to a wonderful, wooded nature space. Our WiFi signal will be available to you during your stay or you can use a cellular hot-spot. We have a clothes washer and dryer available in the main house garage - if you would prefer over the laundromat 5 minutes away. You will be VERY comfortable here whether you are prior RV user - or not. This RV has full hook-up AND a residential toilet. You may wish to bring your own bed linens, but we can provide. If any questions arise during your stay, we are just a phone call away.
