The space This is our luxury apartment that is part of our home, but is still separate with its own entrance, located on the 2nd floor. It’s a one bedroom one bath apartment with a full kitchen, laundry room, spacious living room and extra storage closet for quests to use. There is 1 parking spot on the driveway as well as an outside storage area available for use if wanted. Our place is a great work from home space. However, use of the apartment for apps, websites, or work based on payment for views or subscriptions is prohibited. This would include but is not limited to: podcasting, YouTube, tik tok videos, only fans, crypto mining, video gaming, television, radio, etc. Please reach out if you have any questions. Guest access There is a private entrance to the unit and free parking on site. There is 1 parking spot on the driveway. It’s labeled and there’s a parking brick. Please do not block the drive-thru gate. *If you need a 2nd parking spot, please let us know in advance of check in so we can plan accordingly.* The doors have coded locks with four digit unique to you codes that will be given a few days before check in. Other things to note Be sure to contact us to inquire about seasonal specials or discounts. No Smoking, vaping, incense, candles, diffusing of oils etc of any kind. No Pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. Our place is completely allergen free and a safe place for those with sensitivities. There is a small outside storage unit available for guests to use to store a grill, bicycles, etc. It is located right off the driveway behind where your car would be parked. Bring a lock if you want it secured. We do provide a once a month complimentary cleaning for guests staying longer than a month. More frequent cleaning is available for a fee, for our cleaner, and we can work that out with her. Guests staying less than a month can request cleaning for additional fee. We have our loft/apartment listed on several different platforms, so we will keep the calendar updated as quickly as possible. Thanks for understanding.
