Roof Deck, Walk to Beach, Furnished Monthly Stays

We are only available for 30+ day stays. This new building has all the modern amenities so your stay will be simple and stress-free. Our location is central to many attractions: The Monarch Grove is less than a thousand yards from the property and entrance to the dunes are right down the street. There are great local eateries less than 1/2 a mile away. Let us be the place where you gather with family and friends after enjoying a day in the California sun! The space On the second floor of a 5 unit complex, this private 2 bedroom 2.5 bath has an open concept kitchen and living area which allows easy socializing while the chefs in the group use top of the line appliances and spacious countertops to cook delicious meals. A fireplace creates a cozy ambiance for those chilly mornings and deck off the living area is a great spot to grill and enjoy the afternoon sun. Or feel free to stay in and enjoy WiFi and use of the TV. Two primary bedroom suites: one with king size bed and the other a double/twin bunk combo. We have a queen air mattress available. Towels and linens provided. We also have beach towels and 2 beach chairs for you to use. The 1/2 bathroom shares space with our laundry area which houses a brand new washer and dryer. And to top it all off go to the private roof deck (only accessible from within your unit) and enjoy 360 degree views of the ocean and mountains. This is a fantastic place to wind down and enjoy the cool ocean breeze at the end of the day! Guest access You will have access to the entire unit and it's private outdoor space. Other things to note Please note that we require a 30 night minimum in this unit and we require a monthly cleaning that is not factored into the price. The $450 cleaning fee is due to a "move-out" cleaning required after every mid term length stay. The pet fee is $300 for our monthly stays plus an extra $150 cleaning fee.
