Spacious lockout unit allows for condo to be divided for two families if desired. OceanWalk has 2 pools-outdoor & indoor, hot tub, outdoor grilling area, tennis and pickball courts. A quick 5-7 minute walk to beach, directly across the street. The space SOUTH FOREST BEACH VILLA - Located on Hilton Head's most popular beach area. An extra large (1,210 sq. ft.) two bedroom, 2 bath Villa that will provide the perfect setting for an unforgettable vacation. Your Villa is updated and filled with all the comforts of home. From the comfortably appointed living room with it's sectional sofa to open dining area, your families' needs will want for nothing. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, two coffee makers (regular and Keurig), toaster, griddle, blender and slow cooker. There is a second living room area that has a full size sleeper sofa and kitchenette, perfect for extended families traveling together. The Villa can be locked off, each side has a full bedroom and bath and kitchen area. There are flat screen TVs throughout, including a 55" Smart TV in the main living room with Blue Ray DVD player. You and your guests will also be connected with high speed Wi-Fi that's included at no charge. Your families' nights will be spent in the comfort of two large well appointed bedrooms. The master sleeps two on a King size new Tempur-Pedic mattress with full bath, TV and fully lit large closet. The second bedroom has two Queen beds and has it's own full bath, TV and large walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have new flooring. For those needing to accommodate more guests, the sleeper sofa provides another option. Also, to make it easier for your traveling, beach chairs and beach cart are in the villa for your use at no extra charge. The Villa has two, newer air conditioning systems so you will be able to accommodate temperatures for those who like it cold and those who like it a little warmer, which guarantees your comfort, regardless of the season. Now for the Good Stuff! Start every morning on the balcony of your choice enjoying the ocean breeze. Have your coffee while you watch the sun rise as the day begins with the serenity of the Lowcountry. Your options are unlimited. There are lots of water options at OceanWalk Villas, just steps away. The beach is a 5-7 minute walk, cross over South Forest Drive and you are there! The outdoor pool is on the ground floor of the building, right out side the back. As you enter the front of building, you will see the indoor pool and hot tub open all year round. Both at your disposal . With your stay at the Villa comes access to the to Ocean Walk's tennis and pickleball courts near the outside pool. All included at, again, no charge. Two parking spaces are included. Coligny Plaza, with all it's shops, are less than a five minute bike ride (1/4 mile). Enjoy golf? You've come to the right place. Ten minutes by car gets you to 20+ world class lay outs including the PGA tour stop at Harbor town. Guests have full access to the buildings amenities that include two pools - one indoor and one outdoor. Other things to note We are only a phone call away. We are there often during the spring, summer and fall so you may run into us. Although we can't control maintenance of the building, we do try to let our guests know what is happening. Our building is very well maintained so anything that does take place is for a reason that will only improve your stay. Guests making reservations must 25 years of age and older. This is not the place for "Spring Breakers" or "Party Animals." Also, due to severe allergies of an owner, absolutely NO PETS allowed, no exceptions. And, finally, our condo and the entire OceanWalk complex is SMOKE FREE. If caught smoking even on the patio, you may be fined. Any fines levied by our HOA will be your responsibility.
