Ideally located on a hilltop facing the ocean, enjoy the mild California breezes in the morning with coffee before leaving for the local attractions for the day. Or, spend the day relaxing at home and enjoying the large yard with hot tub (professional images to come) and 360 degree views, and airy, open concept interior! Looking for a house to host bridal parties or family over a wedding weekend? The San Marcos estate is only minutes from several popular wedding venues, including Green Gables (one mile away), the Twin Oaks Garden Estate (three miles away), Twin Oaks Golf Course (a mile and a half away) and several others! Guest access We live onsite above the garage attached to the house! Guests have access to the main part of the home, entire yard, and two parking spaces in front of the garage. The remainder of guest parking is street parking, and the backside of the driveway is where we park, and is private. The garage is private, and the hallway leading in from the garage with the laundry room is shared. Other things to note Guests may want to note that there will be an apartment complex being built below the house on the hillside starting as soon as April 2026, and as late as 2027. Their hours of operation will be Monday through Friday, 7am-4pm. To our knowledge, construction will not be visible although guests may hear some work being done.
