Cold Mountain Apple Retreat short/long term rental

This house is nestled in the foothills of Cold Mountain and the pigeon river. Hiking trails off the Blue Ridge Parkway through the Great Smokies are a short drive away. Take a tour of the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, and all the Breweries and great dinning. Waynesville is right over the mountain for some great shopping, dining, and breweries. You can always stay right in downtown Canton and experience Bearwaters Brewery, located right along side the Pigeon river. Tubing is also available. The space This house is available for short/long term rental. There are multiple apple trees and Pear trees on the property so help yourself!! Come home from a great hike, and sit by the campfire and discuss the days adventures. A grill is also provided for you to have a cookout. Guest access This house is a split level. 3/2 upstairs and a 2/1 downstairs. They are completely separate with their own driveway and entryway. The downstairs in NOT rented out, however it is available for friends and family that come to town. Other things to note We request no shoes be worn in the house. Please keep pets off the furniture, and clean up after them in the yard. There are other pets on the property, so it is preferable that your pet is spayed/neutered to avoid any issues. Pets must be up to date on ALL shots and flea medication. Please bring records with you. This is a NON Smoking house., an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged for this. Thank you!
