You will have private access to the lower level The space Our home has been freshly remodeled with a modern minimalist design, thoughtfully curated for both style and comfort. Each bedroom features blackout blinds and its own thermostat for personalized temperature control. The bathroom boasts heated floors and a luxurious Japanese Toto toilet with automatic features. For guests with cars, we offer free off-street parking in our driveway—just let us know in advance. Street parking is also available, and we’re happy to provide passes if needed. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the lower level of the unit, which features a private entrance, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchenette with a dining area, and a cozy living space with a sofa, TV, and desk. While the lower level is connected to the upper level where we reside, your privacy is a top priority—and we kindly ask you to respect ours as well. Other things to note Please let us know in advance if you’ll need parking, and we’ll clear space in our driveway for your car. For electric vehicles, we offer a Tesla charger and a wall plug compatible with other EVs.
