Stunning MidCentury Modern w/Mountain Views & Spa

Our house is a midcentury modern home with sweeping views of Mt. Tam. The living room/kitchen area has amazing light and views, and is cozy with a gas fireplace. We have a front deck overlooking the mountain, and a pool and hot tub in the back. We are on a quiet cul de sac surrounded by nature. You will enjoy amazing quiet at night, and you are likely to see all sorts of birds in our trees and deer in our yard. Easy drive to Muir Woods, Stinson Beach and Muir Beach within 20 minutes. The space The kitchen is fully open to the views and living/dining areas, and has state of the art ovens, range, dishwasher, etc. The vibe is modern and minimal, which allows our art collection to feature prominently in the home. Most rooms have views of the mountain, and plenty of light throughout. The primarily bedroom is spacious and feels almost spa-like, with a deep soaking tub in the bathroom, and a shower that overlooks the views. Two additional bedrooms are on the main floor, one with single bed, the other with a double. The lower level is a den/TV room and a single bedroom with a full bath adjacent. Guest access Guests will have the entire home to access, with the exception of one small office space on the lower level and a couple of closets. Other things to note There is a fee to heat the pool, so please let us know if you intend to do that. We typically enjoy the cold plunge from the hot tub into the refreshing pool but if you prefer to keep the gas heater on, we charge $50 per day to cover our costs. Please note the house is not ideal for small children because we are on a fairly steep hill. The front deck is very high up off the ground. It may make parents of young children nervous to have their kids on the deck. Please make sure you are watching your children if you choose to allow them on the deck.
