Updated modern mountain studio in beautiful Kirkwood, directly across from Chair 6/Cornice. True ski-in/ski-out in winter, and world-class hiking and mountain biking right out your front door in summer. A scenic meadow behind the building is perfect for afternoon walks or cross-country skiing during ski season. Fishing is available in nearby lakes and rivers. Sleeps up to 4, but 3 guests are recommended for comfort. The space This space comes with one marked garage space. No other parking is guaranteed during the ski season. The garage height is 7'6". If you do not fit, we do not have a designated space during the ski season. Summer months we have no problem parking you elsewhere. There is a kitchen equipped with most of your cooking essentials, including coffee, salt and pepper. The beds are one queen, one twin pullout couch and one twin pullout floor mat. Linens are provided for all beds. The space is tight with all beds used, so be advised this may make the space uncomfortable to move about. The unit runs warm, especially in the summer months. There are 3 fans provided and when you open a window it helps to cool it off. When it's hot during summer sometimes this approach does not work, so be advised before booking what time of year you will be visiting. Hot water is manually turned on upon your arrival, it takes 20 minutes to heat up. Please read the house manual carefully for more instructions. This is the perfect place to work remotely, WiFi is provided but expect speeds to be slower than metro areas. Guest access You can access the whole studio with no restrictions. We stand by our Cancellation Policy. Kirkwood is a mountain town and gets a large amount of snow. Please be prepared to travel during inclement weather.
