Jasmine House - Picturesque Private Cottage

Get ready for a charming experience in a quaint carriage house in the Historic District of Marietta GA. Easy walking distance to historic downtown Marietta. The space The main house in front of this carriage house is a lovely Victorian Home built for the owner's daughter in 1895 as a wedding present. Prior to that it was a pecan farm, as was most of this area. The historic stone wall shared between Jasmine House and the Main House is original making it well over 100 years old. The many trees buffer potential street noise making this a little piece of heaven in a very popular area. Guest access This is your own private space with your own entrance... a complete single family cottage house. Please note that Jasmine house has a kitchenette and designed more for warming/chilling food and 'light cooking'. It is not equipped for full on meal preparation. Full size fridge is a plus. Other things to note Trash receptacle is located at the bottom of our driveway next to the basement door. Feel free to drop your trash there anytime. The City picks up trash on Tuesdays so on that morning you may find the trashcan already up on the sidewalk by the street ready for pickup. I only ask that you leave the place the way you found it as best you can. That means a lot to me. Hang wet towels to dry, collect trash in one spot is fine also. Jasmine House receives regular preventative pest maintenance by an Angie's List, A+ rated company.
