It is located in the quiet Rolling Hills Estates community, very close to Walt Disney World and many other attractions. The upgraded kitchen has granite countertops, new, modern appliances, and a breakfast bar with 4 barstools. Additionally, we have a dining table with more seating for 6 people. The open concept living room is large and spacious with a sofa, love seat, coffee table, side tables and large flat screen TV. Out back there is a screened in patio with 2 loungers and 2 chairs surrounding the pool. There are two master bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms.
