Long term stay focused and perfect for the professional or grad student looking for affordable temporary housing. Our building is conveniently located in the Federal Hill area and features 4 private bedrooms & 2 large shared bathrooms. Free broadband, laundry, storage, and off street parking provided. Rooms consist of a Full size bed, nightstand, dresser, desk with chair & lamp, & closet. Rooms also feature ceiling fans, new windows & blinds. No toiletries, linens, or pillows provided. The space The 2nd floor layout is perfect with 4 bedrooms to the left and 2 bathrooms to the right separated by an open hallway as seen in the pictures. The 2 large bathrooms each have a shower, toilet, sink separated by a locking door to another sink providing 4 sinks total. There is also an optional rear entrance to the 2nd floor out back. The 1st floor is very spacious with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. Kitchen features 2 full size refrigerators, a single serve Keurig coffee maker, and plenty of cabinet and counter space. Dining room features a very nice 6 person maple dining table and chair set and 2 lounge chairs. Living room simply features 2 lounge chairs and table with lamp. As you will see in the pictures, we chose to not feature TVs in the common areas in effort to promote privacy and quietness throughout the home. We strive to create a quiet and safe place to retreat home too. Outside you will find a front porch and rear yard which features a nice picnic table to enjoy during the summer months. 24hr lighting is featured at all entrances, common areas, and stairwells for safety and convenience. Guest access Guests will have access to their private room, 2 shared bathrooms, shared kitchen, shared dining room & living room, and shared laundry in basement. There is also a house vacuum and step stool available to use. Kitchen utensils are owned by guests and available to be shared if needed. During your stay I am not onsite and offer complete privacy. I am available by phone at anytime if needed. Other things to note There are 5 rooms total in this building. 4 on the 2nd floor and 1 suite on the 1st floor. All are Airbnb options if available. Other guests are also short term residents. Please be considerate and friendly. The kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas are professionally cleaned on Thursdays or Fridays every week. Guests are responsible for cleaning their own rooms. Vacuum and basic supplies are kept in the common 2nd floor hallway. Also, new and clean window A/C units are available upon request for the summer months! All common areas are professionally cleaned every week. Guests are responsible for cleaning their own rooms.
