The dock can moor power boats up to 30 feet or sail boats up to 40 feet. No shore power or water hook up. Guests on boat count towards the Maximum Occupancy of the home. This neighborhood is very quiet, quaint, and tight-knit, and neighbors will notify management if maximum number of guests is exceeded. The main level has an open floor plan so as to invite everyone to enjoy expansive views of the spectacular sunset. The fully stocked kitchen, with its open countertops, provides a spacious area to enjoy fresh caught crab or Westcott Bay oysters (Westcott Bay Oyster Farm is just a 10-minute drive from the house).
