Other nearby activities include tubing, cross country skiing, bowling and don't forget a walk right out your door into the woods (with your coffee) and you are less than a minute to your selection of shops, restaurants and bars. The entire unit is yours. We are just a text, phone call or email away. Your stay is just under 1 mile into the village. It's walkable if you like to walk, would take about 10 minutes. It's easily done on a bike but most comfortable in a car (less than 1 minute). 6 minute drive to Holiday Valley & 4 minutes to Holimont Ski Hill & Resort. 6 unit breakdown: Unit #5 & #6: both 2/bed/2bath+ memory foam sofa sleepers are accessible & have their own entrance from the front facing the road. Unit #5 is on the Tim Hortons side & Unit #6 is on the slope side &. They are very spacious ranches and also have an entrance in the rear with their own cement patio area. Each have 3 parking spaces in the front. Unit #7: 3 bed/3 bath + memory foam sofa sleeper + 1 triple bunk + 1 double bunk sleeps 13. This unit can be combined with unit #8 through an adjoining door to sleep 4 more people totaling 17. Also has an entrance facing the slopes accessible along the stairs on the left side of the building (slope side). There is also a sliding door entrance facing the pond including a deck area. This unit has a beautiful view of the slopes and is a 2-story luxury unit fully packed with everything you need and a little more! Unit 8: #1 bed/1bath + memory foam sofa sleeper also has an entrance & deck space facing the pond in the rear accessible along the stairs on the right side of the building Tim Hortons side. This unit has a beautiful view of the surrounding 5 acres and is a 1-story economy unit fully packed with everything you need. Can be combined with unit #7. Unit #9: 2bed/2bath + memory foam sofa sleeper has an entrance facing the pond in the rear accessible along the stairs on the right of the building Tim Hortons side. The Kerouac has a beautiful view of the pond, vaulted ceiling and is two-level with one bedroom downstairs and one up.
