You are able to ski right down to the lifts outside the front door and walk to endless trails in the summer including the famous Van Sickle and Tahoe Rim trails. And the views of the mountain setting and Lake are really breathtaking. It is located on top of the hill with ample parking and ideal for hikes and sunsets of the lake in the summer and perfect location between two of Heavenly Valley's Nevada side base lodge ski lifts, Boulder and Stagecoach. You can ski in to either lift or take a shuttle bus located steps away from the front door of the condo. Public buses and shuttles are caught right outside in the parking lot. Car sharing and Taxis are just a 10 min ride down to the Casinos, Lake & Heavenly Village shops. The community pool is located on Tramway Drive and Olympic Court. There is a clubhouse with bathroom, showers and changing room for your use. The pool is heated in the summer months and hot tub is heated year round. No glass or bottles allowed in and around the pool area.
