The Sandpiper suite is one of three units on quaint beachfront property, depending on the size of your group and availability it possible to book 1, 2, or 3 units. (each individually listed) . The updated decor and furnishings is right out of "Costal Living" magazine. Start your morning with a great breakfast in fully equipped kitchen with the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean sunrise and spend the days relaxing by the sea or surfing. Sip your coffee or favorite beverage as you relax to the sounds of the ocean waves and pelicans flying over head. The state of Florida charges a 12.5% tourist tax that ABB collects and pays. We allow dogs up to 2 with approval of size and breed for a non refundable pet fee of $100. (County ordinance does not allow dogs on the beach.) The backyard has breath taking ocean views and a lounge patio area with a tiki hut with outside dinning table. There is a charcoal and gas grill. Have a beverage, relax and listen to the waves. Our cleaning service follows CDC guidelines to prepare the suite for guests. They have special instructions to use disinfectants that kill viruses on all places that are frequently touched.
