It is the perfect place to recharge your batteries for Black Hills fun! This is also close to Hot Springs Library & Butler Park. Relax in this quiet, comfy, clean and functional basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood with neighborhood view. There is a separate outside entrance, fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, ping-pong table (not standard), smart TV, wifi, and various games/books/movies for your entertainment. There is one bedroom with queen bed --- smaller full-size futon is in main living area. The tree shaded front porch w/table & charcoal grill is provided for guest use and enjoyment. The FLAGSTONE walkway entrance to the basement apartment is located right side of the house & driveway. Front Porch under tree is for guest use. Kathy quietly lives upstairs--"I'm normally here if you need anything or want to meet/visit, otherwise, I hope you have a wonderful stay!" 4 blocks away are Hot Springs Public Library and Butler Park, which includes tennis/pickleball, basketball, skateboard, disc golf, playground areas and wonderful walking space in a peaceful neighborhood. As mentioned, location is w/in walking distance of downtown shopping, coffee shops, other parks, Mammoth Site---even bowling alley! Parking is across street or directly in front of house, left of drive. Public transportation: Prairie Hills Transit Smoking only permitted outside.
