This beautiful house is located in an exclusive upscale, quiet neighborhood. It can fit up to 13 people including families with kids. It is close to all the necessary amenities including restaurants, bars, shopping, golf court & places of worshi The space This beautiful four bedroom, two bath, 1800sqf house includes beds for 108 people plus a sofa in the master bedroom which opens up to a queen bed plus a folding bed is also available. Both are very comfortable! This home can sleep a total of 13 people. Both the Living room and the master suite include Smart TVs which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels, Wifi, washer & dryer, wood burning Fireplace and more. Kitchen is equipped with all cooking essentials and a drip coffee machine. High Ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. Includes a spacious and fun Gameroom w\ Pool table, arcade, Foosball and more. There is an open patio where you can BBQ and enjoy the sweet Texas breeze and sun light and right after, you can jump into the beautiful outdoor heated pool. You will have plenty of private parking and you can use the Neighborhood Golf court which is located a few minutes walk from the house. You will love this perfect vacation home! Guest access You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the yard and pool. There is also a private patio to sit and relax with BBQ you can freely use. You will have private parking for 2 cars plus plenty more off street. Other things to note -House is 100% non-smoking. -Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request. -Pool will not be heated prior to your arrival. If you wish to heat the pool, you can do so when checking in. Please note it will take several hours for the water to heat. -Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. - We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $60 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases. - During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef.
