The living area has plenty of seating, a large 50" smart TV with Sonos speaker, and three large bay windows with lots of light. The main bedroom features a king bed, two large closets and four tall bay windows that fill the space with light in the morning. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with super comfy mattresses perfect for the little ones, and two large windows. Kids can enjoy the "Nugget" couch for play or lounging. And there's plenty of storage in the large custom closet opposite the windows. A back patio with four seats, charcoal grill, outdoor speakers and overhead string lights makes for the perfect oasis during nice weather. Guest access You'll have full access to the top two floors of this three story row-house, with private entrances at the front and the rear. The ground level is a fully separate apartment. Other things to note ✯ No Smoking Policy ✯ No smoking of any kind (or oil or incense burning) is allowed on the property, including directly outside the door. There will be an additional $250 fee added if the policy is violated. ✯ Quiet Hours ✯ Quiet hours are between 9PM and 8AM. There is another guest suite directly below on the ground level, so noise travels easily and we ask that you respect other guests who may be staying below. ✯ Bunk Bed Safety Warning ✯ Because we have bunk beds, our insurance requires this warning - There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk. *** This space occupies the top two sunny floors of a townhouse and has private access to the back patio area.
