Cozy spot minutes to Church Street and Waterfront!

Welcome to our small apartment located a short walk to downtown Burlington and all it's shops, restaurants, breweries, and lakefront activities! The Hyde/North Winooski St neighborhood has multiple coffee shops, market, yoga studios, bakeries and amazing restaurants just a 5 minute walk away. Our little one bedroom is cute, clean and has all of the amenities. We have lived in Burlington for over 10 years and love helping people explore our beautiful city. Come stay! Dogs/Cats welcome! The space The living room and bedroom are spacious with hardwood floors throughout. The living room has a comfortable futon, a dining table with 2 chairs, and a flat-screen TV with Google Chrome, and Roku for your use. The bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and a large shelf with enough room to hang jackets and outdoor/ski gear above the heater. The kitchen is great. Full-size appliances and it is stocked with essentials to cook all meals (pots, pans, coffee maker, utensils, cups, plates, toaster oven). There is a breakfast bar with stools and two folding chairs in the living room closet. The bathroom is bright, clean, and has a large 2 person shower, new vanity, and toilet.
