Welcome to our little paradise! It’s a small villa with all of the amenities to have a peaceful and memorable stay. Access to pool, hot tub, bar and restaurant. Great for an island getaway. Pet friendly! NOTE!!! Our calendar availability is set up to manage cleaning access between guest. Longer stays may be accommodated upon request with sufficient notice. Feel free to message us with any questions. The space We strive to make this space as comfortable as possible so you are able to enjoy it as much as we do. The kitchen comes equipped with a full size refrigerator, microwave and electric oven with stove cooktop. We also have you covered on plates, cups, napkins, cooking and eating utensils. The space itself sleeps 6 with a master bedroom, loft bedroom and full pullout couch. There is also a love seat and small dining room table for additional seating. Some of the other perks include a full bathroom, two window air conditioners, Roku, WiFi, and big deck perfect for enjoying the island air. We are pet friendly so don’t forget to bring your four legged family member along for the adventure! Guest access Our villa is located in St. Hazards where guests are able to enjoy the pool and hot tub within the resort. The restaurant serves great food, serves the drinks strong and is accompanied by live entertainment on most weekends. We are also in walking distance to the other great bars and restaurants on the island. Call or visit the main office to get information on renting golf carts. St Hazards also can provide shuttle rides to and from the ferry for a small fee. Other things to note Please check with the Miller Ferry Boatline for ferry times as they are subject to change. If you are planning on taking a vehicle you will need to make a reservation with the ferry. You can make these reservations up to 2 weeks in advance. If you do not bring a car over, there is a shuttle that can transport you to the villa from the dock. Golf carts are also available at St. Hazards. It’s important to note that although our villa is within the St. Hazards community, we have no control when they decide to close the pool, restaurant hours etc. Reminder: We are on an island! We do have limited resources. A lot of the island utilizes well water, however, we do provide bottled water that we would suggest using for drinking and cooking. Although you can find amazing natural treasures on the island, you might also find that staying on the island the possibility of attracting bugs and ants inside the villa is higher. We would suggest trying not to leave any food, or lights on/doors open when you are not inside. Thank you! If you do have any questions or would like tips on how to travel and pack just let us know!
