This home is ideal for large groups. For hunters, your dogs can sleep in the heated garage or porch area, we have lots of room for them to run in an empty lot across the street, heated bird cleaning station with sink in the garage, unlimited ice so you'll never have to buy any, freezer to freeze your birds, a large hot tub to jump in after a long day of hunting or to git yer bones limbered up in the morning, 2 large fridges and 2 smaller in the loft and gaming areas, fast wifi, 4 flat screens. If you're the type who considers "roughing it" to be overrated, then this may be the place for you. The amenities are first class and there is ample space for lots of people to find a place and just flake out. The pool table/ping pong table is REALLY nice and the loft has not only a huge sectional but also a card/gaming table with hidden billiards underneath. Make a fire out back or relax in the porch with your morning coffee. The hot tub is huge and has great healing properties after you've been out workin' it all day. The kitchen and dining area is huge, and especially nice when you want to serve a big meal--double ovens, dish washer and an oversized fridge. The main living area seats 9 comfortably and there is a laundry room with a sink to wash your clothes. You can clean your fish or birds or whatever in the heated garage where you'll find a sink and about everything you need. We'd prefer you keep the dogs in the porch or the garage, but if they are well trained we don't mind if they come inside occasionally. This is a vacation home for us, and occasionally we come here on weekends. If we have guests we generally stay home to give you privacy. If we are here, which is SELDOM when it's not summer, generally we try to stay out of peoples' hair, but if you'd like Bill can make up a dozen rolls pretty quick and smoke you up just about anything you bring him to smoke! But seriously, when we have guests we usually aren't around. If you party too loud yer gonna torque off the neighbors, but we think WE party too loud and we've never made 'em mad yet. So use your discretion and remember that we'd love to have you back next year, but if our neighbors complain then fergit it! We have two new Yamaha snowmobiles you can rent. You can use our golf cart whenever you like for free and you can rent our ATV if you need it, and that includes ramps to get it in your pickup. For ice fishing there are two ice augers and an ice fishing sled if you need it, but getting it out of the garage might be tricky. Terms can be worked out with Bill. There is a Ford F-150 pickup you can rent, as well, if you need one. We have three V-hull boats of varying sizes, a pontoon and two Sea-Doo's that you can rent, as well. We also has two kayaks you might be able to use fer free if you sweet talk us. There's a golf course right across the street, and you are welcome to use our golf cart as much as you'd like. There are a couple really good places to eat right next to the house and within walking distance. The Prop makes the best garlic cheeseburger in South Dakota and has a huge selection of tap beers, while the golf course recently opened up Harry's and it is also very good. We really like both of them, and if you have a few too many you can just walk home. Or we can show you the secret golf cart path home from The Prop that will either get you home safely in the middle of the night or git ya good 'n lost drivin' around the golf course until the cops chase ya down fer being an idiot. NOTE: the golf cart cannot outrun a police cruiser...lesson learned.
