Villa in Miami, Florida - Exchange

OFFERING hosted exchange (mutual non-simultaneous rental) for ART BASEL MIAMI BEACH 2019, Dec 6-9 in exchange for hosting 2 of us OCT 18-21, 2019 (3 nights, 2 days), when we are in NYC to visit colleges. Will be out all day, arriving late Friday night, leaving Monday AM. Can offer any weekend in exchange, including Art Basel weekend (hosted in our guest room). The space Hello, we are Rob, Valerie and Maya and we have a large 3-bedroom home, 2-story, with swimming pool, in Coral Gables (Miami), one of the most beautiful residential areas of Florida. Our 2 story house has air-conditioning, high-speed cable internet, wifi, cable TV and computer available. We would love to exchange house cleaning services if at all possible, and also pool maintenance is provided by us. We would also probably like a car exchange, depending on the destination. La casa tiene piscina de 11m, aire acondicionado, internet cable y wifi, TV cable, y ordenador. Nos gustaría intercambiar servicio de limpieza final si possible. Avec piscine privee' 15m, climatisation, internet cable’ et wifi, et tout confort. On aimerait echanger aussi les services de ménage (surtout a la fin d’echange), et aussi voiture.
