However you choose to spend your time here, we hope you will leave rested and refreshed. Though equipped with Wi-Fi and a smart TV, The William House was designed as a true get-a-way. In fact, every detail, down to our paint easel positioned thoughtfully beside our scenic woodsy view, was designed to foster your creativity & promote mental wellness through connecting with nature. We do take precautions to treat the exterior to keep out pests, but it's still a reality of nature. To help prevent attracting any unwanted mice visitors, please do not leave food out on the counters & take advantage of food storage in the fridge or pantry. This property may not be suitable for people who are extremely phobic of wildlife. Early Check-In Policy: Early check-ins may be accommodated at the discretion of the property owner. A fee of $10 per hour will be applied for early arrivals. All early check-in requests must: • Be submitted through the Airbnb app messenger • Receive verbal approval from either Addy or Quincy • Be paid in advance via a money request through the Airbnb platform Early check-in is not confirmed until payment has been received and written confirmation is provided via the Airbnb messenger.
