Private Room in Modern Mini Mansion

Centrally located in a quiet suburban neighborhood close to major highways and the Cherry Creek reservoir. We have a lot of wonderful restaurants close by and the mountains are less than 45 minutes away. So if you’re looking to go skiing or hike or camp, it is a day trip from here. The space Guess love staying here! Cooks love the fully equipped chef’s kitchen where you can cook your meals. It is also very quiet Inside the home as well as in the neighborhood. You can take a walk a few blocks down to a park and the Cherry Creek State Park is five minutes away Guest access You will have a private bedroom with a door. There are several shared spaces you can have access to as well. All guests will enjoy the fully equipped chef’s kitchen as well as the private backyard deck. There is a dining room and living room area that is a shared space as well. During your stay I am as available as you need me to be. If you prefer space and quiet, I will stay out of your hair! You can text me with questions and I answer right away. Other things to note My dog is friendly, but let me know if you prefer not to interact with him. Also other guests may be here at the same time so please be courteous to them as well.
