The home is conveniently located, accommodating both Winter and Summer seasons. You're a 5-min walk to Lake Tahoe, a 5-min drive to Homewood Ski Resort, and a 15-min drive to Palisades. This cabin offers the best of Lake Tahoe. Enjoy! The space ENTRANCE: TWO CAR GARAGE + DOWNSTAIRS MASTER SUITE + LAUNDRY ROOM Arrive home to a flat driveway, two-car garage, and an inviting landscaped front yard. Enter the cabin through the timber frame front porch entrance. Inside on the first floor, French doors open to the downstairs master suite, consisting of a sitting area with a sectional sofa that transforms into a double bed, fireplace heater, king bed, desk, and a master bathroom. Downstairs there is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer as well as the entrance to the garage. OPEN-CONCEPT KITCHEN + LIVING ROOM + FRONT DECK (BBQ) Walk upstairs to the open-concept kitchen + living room with sliding glass doors leading to a front deck for lounging and barbecuing. Granite countertops, a flat-screen Smart TV and stainless steel appliances give the space a fresh, modern feel. This is balanced with wood accents, a traditional fireplace heater + brick backsplash, a leather recliner sofa, and a bookshelf full of games to give the space a cozy, warm cabin feel. UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS The upstairs master bedroom has a private master bathroom and a plush California king bed. The two guestrooms each consist of comfortable queen beds. There is a third full bathroom in the hallway near the bedrooms. BACKYARD + HOTTUB Enjoy the backyard amongst the pine trees. Lounge in the patio furniture, enjoy dinner at the picnic table and relax in the hot tub. Other things to note PETS We welcome your furry friend with open arms, but please bring your own pet supplies QUIET TIME Tahoe City rules require quiet time between 10pm - 7am CARS Four cars are allowed on the property. No street parking allowed ***IMPORTANT*** BEARS + GARBAGE There are bears in Tahoe, and they love our food. To prevent bears, don't keep any food in your car. Also, take all food and drinks inside after being outdoors, and place all garbage in the secure bear box in the front yard. Trash pickup day is on TUESDAYS.
