This resort is steps from the beach! Recently renovated 2 bd unit w/King bed in Bedroom 1 & 2 Twin beds in 2nd room + queen murphy bed in living room. Full kitchen, grill in unit, restaurant on site, nightly bonfires & W/D! Wifi available for a fee. The space ** Note that, unlike similar listings on this site, available dates are CONFIRMED and will not be cancelled by me under any circumstance (except for reasons outside of my control and EXTREME: for example, if the hotel goes up in flames and cancels everyone!)! In other words, once you book you can rest assured you will have a great place to stay!!! ** Please note this is a vacation club (I am a member here & you would be my guest!) & you may be invited to a breakfast sales presentation (politely decline & you will be good to go! Attending a sales presentation is NOT REQUIRED). Read other reviews on this site for similar listings so you can see how great this place is!!). Also note that, unlike some other similar listings on this site, reservations confirmed by me will NOT require acrobatics such as having to change rooms, being surprised about the type of unit you are getting (i.e. if it says 2 bedroom, 2nd bd has twins then that is what you will get! ** NO SMOKING IN UNITS INCLUDING BALCONY/PATIO! Units are assigned during check-in and may vary in decoration colors, kitchen cabinet colors, etc. ** Because this is a vacation club and professionally managed resort, I will NOT be physically available to help you should you encounter any issues such as no hot water, air conditioner malfunction, etc. I can OF COURSE help you by calling the resort and asking for status, resolution, etc, but BY BOOKING THIS RESERVATION YOU ARE AGREEING TO CONTACTING THE FRONT DESK FOR ANY/ALL ISSUES RELATED TO THE ROOM. I am committed to helping you as much as I can, but there's only so much I can do while being remote! Rest assured that, because this is professionally managed by Wyndham, your notices to the front desk and request for assistance are not ignored** WIFI IS AVAILABLE FOR A FEE IN UNIT (complimentary in lobby) The daily fee for WiFi is $4.95 for 2 devices. Upon checking in (18 years or older, name must match Airbnb provided name, valid photo ID & credit card required!) the resort will put a temporary hold on your credit card of up to $200 (similar to a hotel). This is refunded to you upon checkout (provided no items are missing or damaged, same as a hotel). This rental includes: - Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and bath mats - Hot tub towels - Bath soap - Dish soap - Laundry soap - Dishes, drinking glasses, wine glasses, silverware, dishware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, assorted small appliances (i.e. toaster, coffee maker and microwave) - Place mats - Grill tools for your own grill (NOT shared!) This resort has a restaurant on site (can be quite pricey, downtown Monterey is a short ride away, however!). Outside there is a hot tub AND a pool, both are open until 10pm. There are no lifeguards on duty. Children in diapers must wear waterproof diapers designed for swimming. Please refer to posted pool signage for more specific information The resort hosts nightly bonfires at sunset (unless it's raining or too windy, in which case they cancel for the day). They also do a complimentary wine tasting in the lobby from 4-5pm! Check-in time is 4 PM. If you arrive earlier the main office can hold your bags for you at reception. Check-out time is 10am (NO LATE CHECKOUTS ALLOWED)
