Well equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, with soapstone and butcher block counters and 2 sinks. Views of meadows, woods and distant glimpses of Blue Hill bay. An easy walk to downtown Blue Hill, with groceries, pharmacy, banking, shops and several dining options. Direct access to hiking trail up Blue Hill Mountain. The space EV type-2 charging powered by solar panels, free for guests. Ample parking. In-floor radiant heat keeps house cozy in cold weather. Easy to care for, with central vac and hardwood floors throughout. We haven't had pets living here for over 10 years. Windows in all directions let in lots of light. Screens all around. Large south-facing deck. Location is off the road, set above the village but within walking distance. Quiet and peaceful. Guest access Entire house and yard.
