The space Newer construction/stand alone house (quiet) modern and up to date Clean and spacious townhouse, 2 floors connected with a spiral staircase. Both levels have an outside entry. There is a side deck off the kitchen with a charcoal grill... **2 nite minimum on stays There is also a 1 bedroom bungalow bnb directly behind this unit with a queen bed and queen blow up bed. (Sleeps 4) Full kitchen, full bath with new tile shower, cozy living area with oversized couch/chair and ottoman. This unit is also lake view but not directly on the lake. $85 a night additional. Guest access Boat dock, fishing area, 2 balconies (1 large outdoor table on balcony 1) on the water, with great sunsets! Side deck with charcoal grill. Also don’t forget to ask about our other 2 properties just beside and behind the lake house. 1 sleeps 4 with a great balcony view and the other sleeps 4 and is a great 1 level bungalow. Other things to note This is our home away from home. We hope you would enjoy the efforts we have put into the lake house and wish for you to enjoy your stay! Please note I have 3 bedrooms on the listing, because they would not let me explain the 3rd area is off the living room with a twin bunk. Just a note to guest so they aren’t confused! $80 cleaning fee will apply to each transaction 1 bedroom bungalow that sleeps 4 directly behind this townhouse is available also for an additional $80 a night. 1 queen bed. 1 queen blow up. Lake view. We also just purchased a large floor plan 1 bed 2 full bath condo with its own private balcony that can be an additional place for other friends or family. Ask for discount on longer stays from 5-7 days!! Please note that the water is lowered on Lake Hamilton for dock repairs on the Winter months of November thru Feb so there is still water to the dock but our cove becomes much more shallow.
