Beautiful Historic House on Gorgeous Tropical Lot

This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath historic house located on a gorgeous lot, nestled among over 50 tropical fruit trees. The house can welcome up to 5 guests , the two bathrooms have been entirely renovated, and the kitchen is fully equipped (including a Nespresso machine with free capsules). The house has a no pets, no smoking and no party policy. Guests enjoy access to the entire house and the yard. We keep access to the yard for grass cutting and regular maintenance on weekdays. The space This historical house has the charm of a house from the 40's entirely decorated in wood with all modern amenities. It is located a few minutes away from the city, in the heart of a magical tropical space with dozens of tropical fruit trees. The yard is equipped with a dining set with umbrella, a BBQ with cooking tools, as well a a bench ideal for meditation or just relaxation in a unique environment. We live next door and the 2 yards share a small walkway in between the 2 houses. Please note that our gardener will come every other week to cut the grass. Also, because of the size of the property and the presence of more than 50 fruit trees, we need to have access to the yard for maintenance. We avoid being present while you are enjoying the property and usually manage to work in the yard while you are away from the house. Guest access Private access with an electrical gate. The house has a garage but no car can be parked inside the garage. The cars are parked in front of the house on the driveway. Maximum 2 cars on the property. Other things to note The washer and dryer are located in the garage and detergent is provided. The house protected with an alarm & outside CCTV.
