Strict no party/ no pets and any evidence of pets or gatherings over reserved guests will be evicted without refund. We realize last minute overnight guests may want to stay for a variety of reasons. If this situation arises please contact me and amend your reservation for the correct number of guests by 8pm. Breaking this rule will lead to immediate removal of all guests without refund and a charge of $50.00 per night per guest over the number of guests booked on your reservation. We have had issues with this in the past and puts hosts/guests in difficult spot. We appreciate your honesty when updating us with a change of guests so cleaning time can be adjusted.
