We'll leave the porch light on for you at the top of the stairs. Other things to note To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay, we have provided an initial supply of small items around the loft including toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap. Starlink internet speed can vary depending on weather conditions. This is a great place to stay for families or couples. If you are thinking of having a party this won't be the right listing for you. Strict no party/ no pets and any evidence of pets or gatherings over reserved guests will be evicted without refund. We realize last minute overnight guests may want to stay for a variety of reasons. If this situation arises please contact me and amend your reservation for the correct number of guests by 8pm. Breaking this rule will lead to immediate removal of all guests without refund and a charge of $50.00 per night per guest over the number of guests booked on your reservation. We have had issues with this in the past and puts hosts/guests in difficult spot. We appreciate your honesty when updating us with a change of guests so cleaning time can be adjusted. Please respect our neighbors by not being loud outside the loft after 10pm. Check in time is between 4pm-10pm. Check out 10am. $50 unauthorized late check out fee for each half hour any guest in your group occupies the loft past the check out. There is a separate small studio apartment with private entrance on lower level of garage that may be rented out. Guests have private entrance on both lower and upper level.
