Saw Grass Bunkhouse is a rustic yet charming house with fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, and full-size washer and dryer. The property is located on a canal adjacent to our private boat ramp and dock. Boat dockage is included for ONE BOAT each night of your stay. More than one boat needing dockage will require reservations ahead of time and an additional dockage fee per night will be charged. The Steinhatchee River is a NO WAKE river. No Parties. No Pets Allowed. Maximum 7 guests allowed. There may be times when we or our immediate neighbors use the boat ramp so we ask that guests DO NOT BLOCK THE RAMP with vehicles or anything else. *If you need additional space we also offer another vacation rental unit on site that sleeps four. Check with us for availability. The other unit is listed on Airbnb under Saw Grass Cottage. No Pets Allowed. *Maximum 7 guests allowed. More than 7 guests will incur an additional fee of $20.00 per guest per night. The dock and private boat ramp are considered common space and may be used by us, other guests, and immediate neighbors so please Do Not Block Ramp. Saw Grass Bunkhouse has its own outdoor grilling and picnic area. We live directly next door in the event you need us during your stay but we will give you as much privacy as possible. Sunset Cruises and Fishing & Scallop Charters available for an additional fee. We are within walking distance of Fiddler's Restaurant, Kathi's Krabs, and Rivereside Spirits 'n Wine. Steinhatchee is a golf-cart friendly community so feel free to bring your golf cart but please obey all local traffic laws. There isn't a single traffic light in town.
