Off the main balcony is a screen porch with beautiful lighting and a teak table with seating for eight. The lower level balcony is covered, has access to a propane heater for those chilly nights, a fire pit for smores, and ample outdoor couches and chairs. Look up to the canopy in the newly-built outdoor shower, located off the side of the house. This shower offers privacy, a sliding barn door, hooks, a mirror and bench and room to change! If you've never experienced an outdoor shower, this is a must! **not operational during off-season Nov 1 - April 1 *** Inside, this home is light and airy with an open floor plan. Sliding doors and sky lights provide natural light throughout. Indoor upper level seating includes a large farm table, which opens into the living room with full sofa, love seat and lounge chair. Main floor features an en suite master with balcony access, a king bed and pack and play. Master bath has Jacuzzi tub, a shower, and lots of natural light. The lower level makes for the perfect kid (or adult) zone! Comfy reclining seats and couches along with wall to wall cushy carpeting for a cozy feel. Space includes a gas fireplace, TV, and a foosball table. Tucked in a small section of the lower level is a set of twin bunks (great sleeping area for kids or teens). The two bedrooms on the lower level include balcony access and a shared full bath. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and ample room for a pack and play, with large closet. The second bedroom features a twin over full bunk and a twin over twin bunk. This room also includes a large closet and two small dressers for storage. A detached garage features a full apartment on upper level with private access. This space includes a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and small oven as well as a french press and grinder for fresh coffee. The combination living/dining area has a table with seating for up to six, a large sofa, love seat and lounge chair. TV is 40 inches and WIFI equipped. The bedroom sleeps four with twin over twin bunks and a queen bed. The dock and boathouse include: Two kayaks, one stand up paddle board, bluetooth radio, and fridge. Ample bar stools, and Adirondack chairs on upper and lower level. The upper level widow's walk provides seating and wide open sky views for those starry nights. The water is 10 feet deep off the dock and perfect for jumping, swimming and enjoying a muck-free lake experience. There are access stairs with sandy bottom which can be used if jumping is not preferable. **Please do not dive** ***PLEASE NOTE*** There are many stairs on the way to the dock. The walkway features many areas to sit as needed, but please know anyone with walking restrictions or limitations may have a difficult time getting down to the dock. Remote controls for the Roku TVs are sometimes misplaced. Place all food scraps in trash, do not use the garbage disposal and follow signs in each bathroom. Tampons should never be flushed down the toilet. Signs are posted in each bathroom and in the kitchen about what is appropriate to flush and drain in the sink, if instructions are not followed the septic system will backup and water will enter the basement floor bathroom**** You will be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of misuse**
