Attention Traveling Medical Professionals! This is the PERFECT place for you. This super clean, stunning penthouse in downtown Reno near major hospitals can be yours! You will LOVE IT! I am a San Francisco nurse. I will make sure you have all you need. My cohost is also available to be sure you are comfortable. This penthouse unit is super special! Amenities include: seasonal pool, hot tub under the stars, fitness room, community room with fireplace, free books and secure parking. The space This penthouse is on the top floor in downtown Reno Belvedere Tower with wall to wall windows- for sunsets, morning moon and mountain views. It is beautiful!! The penthouse is beautifully appointed, fully stocked and quiet! It is a 2 bedroom, 2 baths. You have the entire place to yourself, except for 1 night a month when I will visit Reno friends. You will have the entire unit, (except for my bedroom and my bathroom). Enjoy the living room, fireplace, kitchen and all amenities! This is a GREAT DEAL. Truly. (This unit is 1241 sq ft - and only costs approx $200 more than you would pay for a studio or small one bedroom unit in this building with minimal view, and very little kitchen area etc. You will LOVE staying here. Nearby hospitals: 1 block to St. Marys , across the street is the newly opened, remodeled ROC (Reno Orthopedic Clinic) , and we are close to Renown as well! This is safe and lovely with very friendly people in the building. My co-host lives in the building as well and she is happy to hep you as needed if I am not available. Guest access You have access to the unit, and community areas: fitness/gym, community room, pool (seasonal) and hottub ( seasonal) . During your stay I live in San Francisco, so will be available by text and phone as needed. I will be staying in this unit maybe once night a month. I can meet you and help out with anything. I stay in my room, with my own private bath and mini kitchen, so I will not be disturbing you at all. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit, so you won't hear me, and I won't hear you :) If you need anything and I am not able to respond immediately ( I am a nurse and work long shifts) Please feel free to contact my co host, Annie. She lives in the building and is great! Other things to note This price is reduced as I may also stay in the unit one night per month. I will use my private, locked room that will not interfere with your private use. You will not even notice me. :) except when I enter or leave the place. I will of course let you know well ahead of time if I plan to visit.
