This house is a very comfortable over-sized colonial. The house is on a private road with just 5 homes. The setting of this particular house is Very private. Across the road is 200+ acres of forest & reservoirs owned by a water company. Guest access You can use the whole house. There are some locked rooms, closets etc for owner only. Other things to note There are walking paths in town, at the town park, and in several smaller parks around Pound Ridge. The roads are very beautiful. When leaving mu house you have an option to take the asphalt road or the dirt road. The dirt road is also very nice for walking. Minimal traffic in both directions.
