Comfy room near UNC & I40. Location!

This private room and bath in my home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Near UNC, but also easy access to airport, interstate and Duke. (Note: Due to my living situation, I only host women and couples. No male guests coming alone. I'm sorry guys, and I hope you understand.) The space Enjoy a private bedroom for 1-2 people (queen bed) and private bathroom in my home. In addition to the bedroom, there is an extra private sitting room and deck for study, work, and relaxation. Guests are welcome to limited use of the kitchen: No cooking or meal prep, but you can keep food in my refrigerator as needed. Coffee and tea available in the morning. Guest access WiFi available. During your stay I work at home most days and am around most evenings. I am happy to meet my guests! I will give you your space as you desire but am also available to help you with questions about the area as needed.
