With a 2 day 1 night stay or extended stay (2 nights or more) guest/s choose their own Art Workshop to focus on: Stained Glass Mosaics Smash Art The space I purchased this 4,200 sqr. ft. building 6 years ago & have designed the interior spaces to encompass an international theme. Staying here is like traveling the world without leaving the country. The "Safari Room" has a twin bed. The "Tropics Room " has a full bed, TV & a personal use sink. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a library/bar, 2-3 designated studio areas, a private bathroom for guests called "South America" & "Egypt" with a walk in shower, (for extended stay guests), a parlor with a BIG TV, dining area & a view of Main St. that shuts down by 5PM. There is an enclosed courtyard at the very back of the building called "The Alamo" with seating, plants, gas grill & a chiminea for chilly evenings. Behind "The Alamo" is a flower garden area to enjoy on a morning or evening stroll around the quaint town. As an artist with so much knowledge & skills to share, I am looking forward to having guests here in Groveton, TX to become inspired by their surroundings & to create their own art works. Come to TISH's, bring a friend or two & be prepared to ignite your artistic abilities. Guest access Access is through the front door or the courtyard. The interior is a very long hall (fondly called "The Green Mile") that leads to all rooms, around 12 of them. Guests are encouraged to feel & make themselves at home. During your stay There will definitely be interaction between host & guest/s as the primary goal is to accomodate guests who want to learn how to create their own art project. Before & after class mixing & mingling is up to each individual. There is plenty of room to spread out or explore activities around town. There is a public fishing pond about 5 minutes away, with a walking/running track around the perimeter of the grounds. Evenings are designated for relaxing & taking in a movie or two. Guests are welcome to continue working on their projects. Other things to note TISH's is a unique all inclusive Airbnb artistic experience & adventure. In most workshops supplies are included When more than 1 is guest is coming it is requested to select the same or similar classes.
