The Salty Roost, a modern Scandinavian-inspired guest cottage is positioned on one acre adjacent to our main home in a coastal neighborhood. This property offers distance water views of Middle Bay, dock/water access, on-site parking, grill, hammock chairs, kitchen with all the amenities, WIFI, washer and dryer combo unit, hardwood floors. The cottage is minutes from great restaurants, breweries, hiking trails, and shopping. The most amazing sunsets will surely bring joy to your stay. The space The Salty Roost is custom designed with large windows and sliding glass doors on both levels, offering plenty of sunlight and views of the ocean from the balcony. A private yard is the perfect place to relax in the hammock chairs or grill fresh seafood on the grill. Want to paddle around the bay? Kayaks and stand-up paddle boards available upon request. Guest access Guest have access to the entire cottage, front lawn, and the neighborhood which offers a stunning ocean view walk around the neighborhood. Our main home is adjacent to the guest cottage, sharing the same driveway. Other things to note Guests have all that they need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, high end appliances and comfortable linens and bedding. Consumable products such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry/dish detergent, trash bags, etc. are supplied upon check-in, and usually provides up to a 2 week supply for most guests. If you book for longer than two weeks, please plan to replenish these items for the remainder of your stay.
