Great place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. There is a reading nook in the upstairs hallway just outside your second-floor room with an overstuffed chair that will change your life. The bed is king-sized and your private full bathroom is recently updated. We have a fully stocked Keurig with complimentary coffee and tea available to you 24 hours a day. Also, there is a mini-fridge and microwave for your use just outside your room. Each bedroom door locks. And just a short four-minute walk away is the Washington Harbor District with its downtown shops, restaurants, and beautiful waterfront. And please note: We have a very gentle indoor/outdoor cat, Milo. Guest access There's a cozy reading nook outside your door; a majestic portico that wraps around three sides of the house; and, a back porch that gets a most excellent dose of morning sun. Other things to note Many people come to the Washington for the beautiful waterfront. There is a public boardwalk that runs along the river and right in front of one of the few Estuariums in Eastern North Carolina. And the quaint historic downtown is only a block away and runs parallel to the waterfront. A master stroke of urban planning!
