Oceania Getaway to the beach & relax! The condo has beautiful views, ocean air & friendly people! Located on the 6th floor, overlooking the beach, Lifeguard training station & off in the distance the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. The space The Property- -Beachfront. -One block off of Flagler Avenue, shopping, dining & clubs all around. -On-site common areas include: laundry room, game room (with pool table, card tables & books) & swimming pool. These are accessible with common area keys. The Condo-limit of four guests. -2 queen bedrooms with dressers, TVs & charging stations. -2 full bathrooms. The master has a shower & the other has a bathtub with shower, both include towels, shampoo/conditioner & body wash. -Livingroom has a TV, sofa & balcony. -Balcony has seating for four & a table. -Kitchen is set up for cooking. This includes coffee makers (brew & Keruig), blender, toaster, cookware, utensils, dishes, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove & oven. -Dining area can comfortably accommodate six. -Card table & chairs for games, puzzles or computers. (Table/chairs are stored under the master bed) -Beach towels, chairs & umbrella are in the condo for your use. -We do not allow pets, due to allergies. Guest access The entire condo is yours with rental. It includes access to Oceania Beach Club’s common areas described above. Also included is a parking pass for your stay, for ONE vehicle. Additional parking passes are NOT usually available. The Wi-Fi password is welcome1. Other things to note There is only ONE parking space reserved for each condo. The parking fee is already included in your nightly rent. Please get your parking pass from the front desk upon your arrival and display it in your vehicle. A parking pass is REQUIRED. Do not loan your parking pass, as replacements will not be provided. There is a fee of $50 if you lose a common area key. As instructed in your checkout details the keys are to be left in the condo, on the countertop in the kitchen. DO NOT turn them in to the front desk.
