Our home is located on a beautiful large lot and is fully gated. Surrounded by fruit trees and flowers. There is a fully enclosed private pool ( non heated) with a relaxing view, which is cleaned and sanitized weekly. This is a perfect place for your vacation, located between Daytona Beach and Orlando theme parks as well as, beaches and springs. New Smyrna Beach, Daytona International Speedway, Disney World, etc await within an hour drive. EV charging outlet available for level 2 charging The space The home has 3 moderate size bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size mattress. There is WiFi and a large Smart TV located in the living room with access to Netflix and Amazon prime Fully equipped kitchen. The house is cleaned by a professional company and fully sanitized after each guest. Full access to the house including pool . Guest access PARKING: Driveway (3 vehicles), RV or boat, (garage motorcycles use only ). Full access to the house including pool. Other things to note Parties, Events or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests are not permitted to bring outside guests that are not in the reservation.
