This 1960s desert inn & suites property is offering a studio apartment just 2 miles away from the Anza-Borrego Desert State Park and walking distance from Downtown Borrego Springs. The private front patio allows you to relax and enjoy the view of mountains and clear dark night sky. Once you get here you won’t want to leave this oasis! The space The 400 sq ft. studio apartment has a King sized bed and an additional sofa pull-out bed. The kitchen includes an electric range, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen sink, pots, pans, utensils and silverware. The bathroom is newly remodeled with a large standup shower. Rooms have a direct view of the beautiful mountains at sunrise and sunset every day. Plenty of space to relax on the private patio with the in-built charcoal barbecue. A portable propane barbecue is also available on request. Bring your four-legged family members as pets are allowed (with extra pet fees $15/pet/nt). Relax in the sun or enjoy a swim in the heated pool during the spring, summer, winter, and fall months. Charcoal and propane barbecues are also available at the poolside. Wi-Fi connectivity is available throughout the property and so are 100+ Direct-TV channels w/ HBO and Pay-per-view on the living room TV. Property manager lives close to the premise and is available for questions or concerns. There are many things to see and do associate with the town and the Anza Borrego State Park. The area is known to many as a peaceful and quiet community hidden behind the Santa Rosa Mountains on the north, San Ysidro Mountain and Vallecitos Mountains on the west, and the open desert to the east. In a 2-mile radius of our property, you will find multiple hiking trails such as the Palm Canyon Trail, Hell-hole Canyon Trail, Tubb Canyon, Glorietta Canyon and many others outdoor adventures. The well-known sky art desert sculptures are no more than 3 miles away.
