Sonoma County TOT Certificate 1362N The space The guest house is essentially a hotel room with a gas fireplace, refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. It is not a self-catering accommodation. It has an attached bathroom with separate shower and toilet facilities. It overlooks the pool and Mount St. Helena in the background. You can walk amongst our vineyards, and even to 3 wineries that are less than a mile away. Dozens more are very close by. The Healdsburg Plaza is an 8 minute drive. Guest access Your visit includes a private VIP tasting at Mazzocco - the winery that makes the Pony Zinfandel with our grapes, and at their sister winery, Wilson, with fabulous wines and views. The pool is usually open between May and October - weather dependent. We will open the cover for you when we are home which is most of the time, or will give you instructions to open it if we are not home. Just need to give us a heads up when you want to use it. We keep it covered to try to keep the temp at 87 degrees:) I'm sorry but use of the Jacuzzi is not included in the rate. We are on Propane out here in the country which makes it extremely expensive to operate.
