Best Location in the Complex

Very clean, nicely decorated 2 br, 1 1/4 bath condo on the 2nd floor. The condo faces the Phoenix greenbelt/park. Private and quiet. Pool, tennis courts, clubhouse and gym on premises. Centrally located to most sports and entertainment venues. I have had great guests. Other owners have not, thus the following: PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A CONDO AND A VERY QUIET AREA. NOISE TRAVELS. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF THE NEIGHBORS. NO PARTIES. NO PETS. NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT. Use the table on the balcony. The space Great view and location. Guest access The beds are all high end Sleep Number adjustable air mattresses. 2 big screen televisions. Free WiFi. Kitchen is fully equipped. Just show up with your personal effects. Other things to note I have been very lucky to have excellent guests over the years whom I am happy to give 5 star reviews and give me the same, which is super important. That being said, many vacation rental owners have not been as fortunate as I, so I must post the following: PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A CONDO AND A VERY QUIET AREA. NOISE TRAVELS. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF THE NEIGHBORS. NO PARTIES. NO PETS.
