Open concept space with ceiling fan and seasonal extra heater for the winter/window AC for the summer. With chair and desk for quiet reading and a chair to lounge in. Perfect for single guests and short-term stay for couples. Free wifi internet. Complimentary in-room Netflix on TV. Netflix are already set up on TV for viewing. For local news and weather, TV channels via antenna is also set-up (no cable). Conveniently located, walking distance to GO Train station for fast access to Toronto downtown's financial district. 24-hour TTC service on Lakeshore. Two TTC bus stops on the street. 20 minutes bike ride to downtown Toronto along scenic boardwalk by the lake. Parking is off property. Our past visitors were successful in using the mini parking lot just across the small one-way one-lane street. It is owned by the municipality for the neighbourhood use and it's free to park there, one vehicle only. Guest access The unit is completely private. You will get your own entrance door key and apartment key. Double/full mattress sleeps two snuggly, best for single or couples only. Fully furnished with closet space. Hangers, flat iron and ironing board are in the closet. Basic appliances include stove top, bar fridge, oven toaster, blender for smoothies, and coffee maker; pots and pan, utensils, dishes, and cutleries are in the cupboards. Any consumables in the unit is complimentary, free of charge. Private washroom with glass shower and boutique style vanity. Towels and toiletries for your comfort. Front porch is a common area. Netflix on TV plus local tv channels, and complimentary free wifi. Short stay guests will have no access to the mailbox key. Mailbox key is available for longer stays. Other things to note For parking, our past visitors were successful in using the mini parking lot just across the small one-way, one-lane street. It is owned by the municipality for neighbourhood use and it is free to park there. You can view the parking lot from the window in the unit. Smoking is not allowed in the property.
