Lake Sylvia Peninsula Paradise, 17’ Water Clarity

$350 for a single family of 5. Each additional guest is $20 per guest per night. Maximum of 8 paid guests. NO visitors. The water is crystal clear all summer long! We have a level lot and the cabin is approximately 30 feet from the water. The space We have a spacious cabin but only one bathroom. Guest access Paid guests can access the entire cabin as well as the outhouse where a few items are stored for your use. Other things to note No parking on the grass. If additional parking is needed you will have to contact me in advance.
