Amazing Full House Located by Strip/Fremont Street

My house has an open floor plan, and has been completely remodeled, easy access to the freeway, close to downtown Vegas, and is only minutes from Fremont street (4 mi), and the Strip (6 mi). This entire property is NON SMOKING, NON VAPING, and NON MARIJUANA!! Pets are welcome with my PRIOR approval. There's a NIGHTLY $20 fee for every two pets. This house is in a safe, family friendly neighborhood. Perfect place to stay for families, business travelers, or group of friends. Licensed!!! The space My house is fully renovated and updated with immaculate tile work, and a beautifully landscaped outdoor space. The house has fast Wi-Fi, a smart television, and Blue ray player in the living room, and a television with a Fire Stick in the master bedroom. My house is fully licensed in the city of North Las Vegas and I follow all the rules and regulations set forth by the city. My business license is BUS-000478-2022. Guest access The entire space is yours during your stay. Please treat the house and property with respect and leave it as you found it. Other things to note There is an extra fee of $20.00 per guest after the initial 6 guests which accounts for the extra linens, water use, and set up. Please book accordingly. There is a house manual in the kitchen with house instructions and rules. Please read upon your arrival as you are responsible for the house. As for the Pet Fee, please note when you book Airbnb will charge you only for the Pet Fee for the first night of your stay. I will send a separate request for the remaining nights of the $20 per night Pet Fee through the Airbnb Resolution Center. Please note there are security cameras outside that will remain on at all times- if they are altered/blocked/disabled/moved there will be a $200 charge- you may not just pay the fee and turn them off. I only monitor them occasionally and the recordings are erased after each guest. They are a protection to you as well as me. Noise monitoring devices are installed per local municipal requirements. The cleaning fee includes deep cleaning and sanitizing. If needed, there are cleaning supplies in the house. If excessive cleaning is required at the conclusion of your stay there will be an extra fee. Drinking is allowed as long as it does not lead to noise or destruction. NO DRUGS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING MARIJUANA-INSIDE AND OUT. NO SMOKING or VAPING in the house or near any ventilation/windows. If the cleaning team detects smoke in the house at all there will be a $150 extra cleaning/sanitizing fee. NO PARTIES- parties are defined as having people over that are not listed on the reservation. You will be charged for the amount of extra people as well as a $100 fee. Also note, according to local municipal regulations, gatherings are not permitted in my house.
