A car is necessary to best enjoy this home. A 4x4 is required to reach this home in winter. A twin-size sofabed in the living room provides extra sleeping space. Guest access Entry is via electronic lock - enter your assigned code, turn the knob right to open, and push the Schlage button while turning the knob left to lock. Other things to note The Fairway Nine condo complex pool and hot tub are currently under construction and will not be available during 2025. This property no longer provides access to the Elkhorn Amenities pass as of June 2025.
